We were very sad to hear of the passing of Arthur Williams on Thursday January 18, after an illness.
Arthur was a past chairman at Cirencester Rugby and often seen watching from the sidelines or in the clubhouse.
Our thoughts and condolences are with his family and friends.
Arthur's funeral is on Monday February 6th, at 2:00pm, at Cirencester Parish Church.
The wake is after at Cirencester Rugby Club.
