Welcome to Cirencester RFC, in the heart of the stunning Cotswolds.
We pride ourselves on giving a warm welcome to you and your guests whatever your reason to visit.
Our rooms lend themselves to a whole range of uses from conferences, to parties and events, wakes, christenings and team building evenings.
The large outside area is popular for family fun days, team building events and sports days. We can cater for pretty much any event, with a wide range of buffet options depending on number and budget. We have ample free parking spaces and free wifi throughout the building.
The clubhouse main room and bar offers a clean, light and bright space perfect for all activities.
Cirencester Rugby is also very popular in the evenings with its large TVs, fully stocked, well priced bar facility and plenty of guest parking, for all types of functions.

Please note we do not usually take private bookings for events in the rugby season on a Saturday as we are a members rugby club.

- We have a fully fitted professional kitchen and dining area where we can provide refreshments including coffees / teas / biscuits etc.
- We can also provide a quote for homemade food for your event from buffets, cold platters to hot meals.
- Car parking available for guests (long term permits available on application)
- Members rates: hire of the club by members will be discussed on an individual basis.
