All our coaches hold relevant RFU coaching qualifications with many being former Club players themselves. Naturally child welfare is at the very centre of everything that we do and all individuals involved within the M&Y section have the appropriate DBS checks and training. Should you have any queries or wish to find out more about what we do at the Club then please do not hesitate to contact me or any of the M&Y Committee or Coaches.

Note: A child’s age group is determined by their age on the 1 Sept. eg a child who is 8 on the 1 Sept but turns 9 on the 23 Sept joins the U9s. Dispensation to play up or down an age group can be given on a case by case basis.
All M&Y fixtures can be found here:
Training takes place each week at the Club on the Whiteway at 10.00hrs each Sunday for all age groups unless otherwise stated. Age group managers will keep respective players and parents up to date with the latest changes to training or match KO.
Kitchen duty roster for each age group can be found on the main fixture list. Each age group takes turns to assist in the kitchen on home fixtures to help serve Teas/Coffees/Bacon Rolls. Full details of responsibilities can be found here.
Youth age groups, U13 upwards, are also required to assist heat/serve and tidy up after their home fixtures. Food will be provided by the Club in advance of your matches for both home and visiting teams.Safe Guarding
In addition to the courses run by the RFU the County RDOs will co-ordinate more local initiatives to support Clubs and their coaches with their development. CRFC Coaching Co-ordinator Martin Woodward leads on this for the Club and publicises events when dates/locations are confirmed.
