We are delighted to confirm that planning permission has been granted by Cirencester District Council to extent the clubhouse.
The plan allows us to extend upwards above the current Changing Rooms, Kitchen & Presidents Room to provide 1st Floor space to accommodate 2 new changing rooms with separate shower facilities and a Viewing area across the paddock. (see attachment below for Drawings)
This will give us 6 changing rooms to support the 3 pitches meaning all can be in use at the same time. This much needed additional changing facilities is needed to support the continuing growth of the mini & youth section of our club as well as the girls and ladies sections (as the separate showers will allow for more ladies & girls fixtures).
Estimates of cost are £85,000 to £90,000 and subject to fundraising we hope to start building Summer 2013 (to be ready for the start of 2013-14 season. Your support as members of the club will be much appreciated in the various fundraising activities that will be coming your way and those who can offer their professional expertise in buildings and fundraising would be much appreciated too.
